How to Loom Knit Adult Booties 2 types






Type 1 Adult Bootie
24 peg loom: Circular
DSCO 24 pegs
Row 1: EW24
Row 2: K12, P12
Row 3: K24
Row 4-26: Repeat rows 2-3 for larger size add more rows
Row 27: K12, P12
Row 28: (Working Heel) WT, K12, WT, P11, WT, K10. WT, P9, WT, K8, WT, P7, WT, K6, WT, P6, K7, K8, K9, K10, K11, K12, K13, K13.
Row 29-37: K24 (knit more rows if you are making a larger size.
At this point you can cast off, or do a nice stitch to create a cuff. After that you can sew up the toe and your done. 





Type 2 Adult Bootie

Boot:
DSCO 41 pegs
Row 1-6: EW
Row 7-9: P
Row 10-13: K
Row 14-21: D by 1 on each end K down to 25 or 24 pegs
At this point you can cast off, or do a nice stitch to create a cuff, or use 2 stitch holders and place your loops onto a 24 peg loom, if you have 25 pegs place an extra loop on one peg. Then you can go back to working circular and knit a nice cuff. After that you sew up the front of the boot and the bottom of the boot.

    1. My fall bootie pattern for a toddler is the closest I have for a newborn in the first design. Just knit the crocodile rather than EWing it. That would be my best suggestion for that one. As for the type 2 I have How too loom knit booties from newborn to adult sizing. Follow the same type of instruction just no clips, you will still have to sew up the front. Hope this was helpful.
